Uniselectors were the universal switching solution of long lasting rugged construction and precision too!

PO Uniselector Type 3
This version of the Type 3 with the split homing arc was commonly used in the 'Subs Uni Circuit' as pre-selection for high calling rate Subs giving access to a free 1st selector. The split homing arc meant that the selector would only have to step through half the bank to return to home. Notice the spark quench capacitor clipped onto the magnet assembly.
