The clock No. 28 is a seconds indicating clock.
The clock No. 32 was used to synchronise the 1 Second clocks (No. 28).
The clock No. 38 is unusual as it works from a pulse every 6 seconds. The first reel shows the hours, the second and third show the minutes whilst the last reel shows tenths of a minute.

This older vid shows a Master Clock No. (or type) 36 with a GMT 34 relay unit and some earlier slave clocks.
This is an abstract version showing the previous shop clock system.
With the new room now completed, in went the first stage of the clock system. Full duplication of two masters and two relay units with the change over switch allowing one set to be serviced whilst the other continued running the system.
