BT is the 'official communications services partner', bringing it all together for London 2012' olympics.
Openreach is the 'official telecommunications infrastructure partner'.

The 2012 BT Logo
BT's special 2012 'wraparound' vehicle branding was first shown outside City Hall, London in September 2008. Initially, 50 'BT Payphones' vehicles were updated with the new corporate logo, as well as approximately 240 London taxis. All of the re-branding was completed by Stewart Signs.

The 2012 Olympics produced the slogan 'Back the Bid' for which BT was one of the sponsors. The winning bid (London) was announced at midday on 6th July 2005. |

Openreach people and vehicles are also taking on new branding as part of the lead-up to the London 2012 Games. From 2009, Openreach vans began to appear with the 'Openreach London 2012' logo on their rear doors. The new graphic will feature on around 5,000 vans by the end of 2009. |

Approximately 240 London taxis have also been been included in the BT sponsorship branding. |
