Waterloo's Traffic Office was located in Fleet Building and
management trainee, Malcolm Knight was based there from
August to November 1963 before moving onto Avenue Exchange.

Offices of the 1960s and 70s tended to accommodate teams of
a single function, but rarely mixed those of different
divisions. In later years as open plan floors became the
norm, a single floor housed staff from multiple
functions and divisions.
