BT Smart Hub 2
BT's Digital Voice (DV) is a telephone service delivered via a broadband hub, such as the BT Smart Hub 2. This version of hub is the first to include DECT wireless ports.

The lower PST socket is no longer used once didgital voice is activated.

A separate 'dongle' filter is not required.

Sockets left to right are: Broadband input, hardwired phone socket, USB, Gig Ethernet ports out, power lead in, on/off button. Far right centre is 'pair device' button.

The steady glowing green light is to confirm that the unit is on, and paired with the Smart Hub 2.

A corded phone is plugged into a PST type socket on the top of the unit.
